Amazon Firestick 4K Max — best value
For most people the Firestick 4K Max is the sweet spot: cheap, supports every major IPTV app (IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, IBO), handles 4K, and plugs into any TV’s HDMI port. Its only weakness is limited storage, which rarely matters for IPTV.
Android TV / Google TV boxes — most flexible
A proper Android TV box runs every app, has more power and storage than a Firestick, and supports TiviMate’s best features. Look for at least 2GB RAM and 4K/HEVC support. Great all-rounders for a main TV.
Formuler (Z/CC series) — best for pure IPTV
Formuler boxes are built specifically for IPTV, with the MYTVOnline app pre-installed for a polished TV-style guide out of the box. If IPTV is your main use, Formuler is the smoothest experience.
NVIDIA Shield — most powerful
The Shield is the premium option: top-tier performance, excellent upscaling and rock-solid TiviMate support. Overkill for casual users, ideal if you want the best picture and also game or use Plex.
MAG boxes — simple set-top option
MAG boxes use a portal (Stalker) setup and are popular for their simplicity — no app installs, just a portal URL. A solid choice for users who want a plug-and-play set-top box.
What to skip
Avoid no-name ultra-cheap "fully loaded" boxes sold with preinstalled pirate apps — they are insecure, unsupported and often illegal. Buy a reputable device and pair it with a legitimate subscription.
