If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No long explanations required — we will process eligible requests promptly.
2. Eligibility
- The request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The subscription has not been used in a way that breaches our Terms of Service (e.g. resale or abuse).
- Free trials and promotional/one-time offers may be excluded, as noted at purchase.
3. How to request a refund
Contact our support team with your order details:

Please include the name and contact used at checkout so we can locate your order quickly.
4. Processing time
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
5. Renewals
To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your current period ends. If a renewal was charged in error, contact us and we will help resolve it.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of our Terms. These conditions exist to keep the service fair and sustainable for all customers.
